Weight Loss

I just returned this week from Salt Lake City, Utah, where I was at a weekend long seminar that was addressing weight loss. Current statistics show that 66% of all adults, and 34% of all children, are overweight. This is an issue that needs to be addressed, and I am excited to say that I want to help make a difference. I started implementing some weight loss programs into my clinic here in the last year, and we have seen great results. However, I want to help more people lose weight and keep it off, and I know there are people that need help!

Weight issues can have huge impacts on physical and mental health. Often I treat patients that are overweight, and they feel good for several days, but they come back to me with reoccurring issues that wont seem to go away. Most of these reoccurring issues are due to excess body weight, and that is why I started implementing weight loss. I want to help people live longer, and healthier lifestyles, who can then pass it on to their children and their whole families. I want to fight this epidemic that has taken over half of the US population.
